Before settling down in Abruzzo, we set our sights for Roma. Along the way, we visited the artists' commune Cervara di Roma and the historic Subiaco. Closer to Rome and not to be missed: Tivoli, with its cascading waterfalls and historic villas. But first, we would cross the tallest and snowiest part of the Appenine Mountains giving us some incredible mountain scenery!
