Via Ferrata #6: Beljevinksa Reka

 With students away on Expeditions this week, things are pretty quiet at school. Ash and Ko are away, in Rome, too. All that excitement left me dreaming for my own adventure. A few quick chats later and Rex, Jesus, and I were off to eastern Serbia to attempt the via ferrata at Beljevinska Reka. It's a great medium level climb with stunning views. We had a fantastic day out!

Via Ferrata #5: Djurdjevica

 On our way back home, we had a Sunday morning near Ribarice, Serbia where the Via Ferrata Djurdjevica gave an unexpected challenge up a sheer vertical. Ko had to bow out, but I gave it a try. Meanwhile, we were on full search and rescue mode trying to find Ash after sending her on an unmarked route up to the summit to meet us on top...
