It was time to point the car in the direction of home. Heading east in Switzerland, we visited the triple fortress in Bellinzona and the lakeside resorts of Lugano and Locarno. Even at this altitude, we could feel the heat and Lauki was not happy. We quickly gained elevation again, visiting famous St.Moritz. We slept at the high pass in the Swiss National Park, and exited Switzerland via the Mustair valley, and past Glorenza in Italy before making the long 11 hour drive home...
