Wildflower Season Has Begun

Up here in the mountains, Rai, the Spring snowmelt means many things.
It means that seasonal creeks come to life with rushing waters and waterfalls that make you wonder how these creeks will be completely dry just two or three months from now. It also means that recently snow-covered meadows are now green and soon will be a rainbow of colors with all the wildflowers that will soon fill all the meadows. Below, just a few the wildflowers that have arrived early. In a month or two, some of the meadows will be completely covered with these beautiful plants!
