Where's Rai?

Yesterday, we hosted the annual end-of-year Math Department party at our place.
Naturally, the sounds of this math party could be heard for miles in every direction and we'll be picking out beer caps and indecipherable half-proofs and theorems from underneath our couch cushions for months to come. The refund for our apartment damage deposit has also been left in doubt.
More important than all that is that we had some babies show up. One was a math baby, the other was an english baby. Both sat around waiting... waiting... waiting for you to arrive, Rai. Where were you? One hour after the start of the party we were still wondering where you were. Finally, you returned, renewed after some physical therapy. For minutes, you sat stunned and confused; who were all these math geeks who had overrun our place? Baby Ben and Baby Emilia were wondering the same thing.
