Loving That New Mobile

Rai, today you received your first (make that second) mobile.
It's not an iPhone or iTouch, Samsung or LG nor Nokia or Blackberry. No, your new mobile is the old-fashioned kind: a hanging contraption with a handful of arms that hang black and white designs and images over your head while you lay in your bassinet or crib.
We put you under the mobile today and you absolutely loved it. It's rare for you to have wild energy any time other than the early mornings so we were all so excited to see you waving your arms and kicking your feet so much as you looked from image to image dangling above your head.
For now, only the black and white designs are recommend but, don't worry, the set comes with dozens of color images that we can put on once you're ready for the next step. And don't forget to give your Grandma a big smile and hug next time you see her because it is she that you can thank for this wonderful gift; the one toy that you've really responded to so far!
