Goodbye Svanholmen, Goodbye Stockholm!
After a four day stay that felt more like a two week stay (in a good way), we had to say goodbye to Stockholm. Even harder, we had to say goodbye to Svanholmen, our island home while in Sweden. Our stay on Svanholmen was relaxing and inspiring and we thank our friends for their incredible hospitality and generosity during our visit. Goodbye Svanholmen, goodbye Stockholm!
