5 Days in Estonia - Day 1: Beach Day

The Baltic coast is much more beachy than one would expect and Estonia's primo beach town is Parnu. Just more than the halfway point from Riga to Tallinn, Parnu made a great spot for us to stop and enjoy our first afternoon in Estonia! In between Riga and Parnu and then between Parnu and close to Tallinn where we pulled off the highway and found a quiet spot in the countryside to park and sleep, we were introduced to what the Baltic countries look like outside of the cities; in other words: forests, fields of green and wildflowers, and beautiful rural villages. We are in the right place.
