And so, my time in Italy came to an end. I finished with the easternmost province, bordering Slovenia: Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Here, just three stops: the mountain town of Forni di Sopra, then the expansive city in the plains, Udine, and, finally, grand and ornate Trieste. Arrivederci, Italia!
