This time, we got lucky. The date we got hired, turning down of our place by the incoming Elementary Principal, the fact that we have two kids and a dog, and some other factors came together at the just the right time. The result is the best apartment that we have ever had, a beautiful, historic villa to call home during our time in Belgrade. Not only that, the neighborhood, Senjak, is a beautiful, secluded enclave within the city, green, private, and home to century-old villas and embassy estates, a couple commercial centers, and lots of cafes and restaurants. A big thank you to our school for finding and providing this place for us!
