3 Weeks in South East Asia - Day 10: More of Penang Island

This was an exciting day as we prepared for our flight from Penang to Bangkok. Our flight, however, was late in the day so we had plenty of time to visit some places left unvisited on the island. We rode the funicular railway up to the top of Penang Hill (going up at 6:30 a.m. to avoid the crazy crowds later in the day), we took a tour of the beautiful and historically important Blue Mansion, and finished with the Snake Temple near the airport. And then, we flew to Bangkok for the next leg of our adventure!
