October Break

With travel nearly impossible in this era of Covid-19, despite our week off, we had to stay close to home. Our only travel was an overnight trip to Gauja National Park. Fall colors are are their peak so it was the perfect time to drive these quiet country roads, lined with ancient oaks, and historic towns such as Cesis, Valmiera, and Limbazi along the way. It was so great to get away, even if just for two days.
