Back to Singapore

We've been back in Singapore for a week now. Our life of simplicity in Sri Lanka has been replaced with the Singapore's answer to simplicity: make everything a mall. Our bus dropped us off... at the mall. We got out of the subway station... and entered a mall. Ash had to go to a clinic the other day.. the hospital was on the upper floors of a mall. Life really does revolve around trips to the mall here. Luckily, the malls are not the '70s and '80s style malls I grew up with. Modern malls here are a little more bearable with more going on than just shopping. Underneath the facade, however, they're just still malls. The boys seem to enjoy the amenities, though.
