Team America

After 10 years, and lots of paperwork and, more recently, two flights back to San Francisco within a month period, each for just a day or two stay, I am officially an American Citizen. The Oath and Swearing In Ceremony was a surprisingly beautiful and heartfelt event. I really enjoyed it and having it take place at the beautiful, Art Deco Paramount Theater in Oakland made it all the better. Now, part of Team America, I had the privilege of flying back to Singapore with my shiny, new American Passport. It feels good to be one with my family. Now, all that remains is for me to adopt the family name.
