If you've been following our site for a while, you're already familiar with the waterfall hike from our cabin.
We know every twist and turn on this trail by heart, too, but it's still on our must-do list every single time we're here. Normally, however, this hike is impossible at this time of year. Unfortunately, there's been so little snow this year and the weather has been so warm that we were able to do the hike today and only had to cross a couple snowy patches. Normally, the Ranger's wife tells us, they don't do their season opening waterfall hike until June. What a difference!
