Balloons and Kids

Balloons and kids -- a winning combination. Filled with helium or filled with air, it makes no difference. Kids love balloons. Rai and Ko are no exception. We passed a balloon artist the other day so we had to stop to watch him bend and twist life from a balloon. Even after they got their own balloon swords, flowers and animals, they still hadn't had enough. They just continued to watch him work. We could have spent an hour in that very spot. Or, maybe we did. And, if you stand in one spot in San Francisco for long enough, something interesting is bound to pass by. This time, it was a giant metallic submarine on wheels, followed by a giant metallic snail. Only in S.F.
