always happens at the end of the summer holiday, when school is about to begin again. Tomorrow, we go back to work.Enjoying the sun, and our final day of freedom, we went down to the beach today. The wind in your hair and the endlessness of the Pacific had you mesmerized, Rai, as it did us. Looking back to the city, all we could see was our little piece of the world, the Outer Richmond district. From this
perspective, all we could see was a small collection built up the hillside, caught between the beach and two parks. With everything beyond a few blocks hidden from view, our neighborhood looked like a tiny, seaside village and, for that moment, everything could be forgotten. School tomorrow? Really? We almost forgot.
