Goodbye to the Summer Routine

The end of summer means the end of our summer routine. On a typical summer day, we would get up early, have our waffles while reading. Thirty books and about an hour later, Mom would join us. After your nap, we'd head out to enjoy the afternoon before coming home for more relaxing, books, toys, games, dinner and bed. Life was simple when we were on holiday.
Lucky for you, Rai, Grandma and Grandpa have made the transition to the school year schedule easy for you. It's only been a week since we disappeared completely out of your daily routine Rai, yet, it looks like you're dealing with the transition just fine. To be honest, it seems like you haven't even noticed that you're now spending just three or four hours with us all day instead of eleven or twelve. Don't worry, our feelings aren't hurt.
