Meeting a Local Legend

Rai, the coincidences just don't stop.
A couple months ago I saw an advertisement online for a book reading of a new book about San Francisco's Sunset District. Soon after, we saw the book itself at the local market. Then, we visited a home spotlighted in the book. A few days after that, we saw an article in the S.F. Chronicle about the book. And, if you thought that that was where the string of coincidences stopped, it wasn't. Finally, one day, while out with your Mom, you ran into the author of the book, doing a talk and signing at our local grocery store.
Needless to say, you returned home with the book, signed by the author. Now, you have your very own copy of 'Carville by the Sea' with an inscription that reads: "To a native San Franciscan". That's something that you should be proud of -- there aren't many of you.
