Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum

On a huge expanse of forested land on the northern edge of Juglas Lake, the Open Air Museum is actually four or five villages collected from all over the country. As you wander the forest paths connecting one village to the next, you walking the regions of Latvia; from Vidzeme to Latgale, to Kurzeme and Zemgale. Clearly, we were in our element -- we couldn't have asked for a better day.
