Incline Village


Apparently, just a few years ago, Nevada's Incline Village had the most millionaires per capita of any place in the United States. Non-millionaire locals like to call it Income Village. We visited Incline Village yesterday and, now, we don't doubt that little bit of trivia one bit. Driving along Incline Village's Lakeshore Avenue along the shores of Lake Tahoe was like driving from one national park lodge to another. Seriously, each of the one hundred or more "cabins" we saw looked like a lodge. Even the two lake access parks along the strip were open only to residents. We were glad to find "Hidden Beach" off the highway just beyond town...
