I guess we can thank the 'Paci Fairy' book for this big success. Rai knows that his pacifier has been taken by the fairy and given to a tiny baby who really needs it. Rai talks about baby Thomas, the recipient of his well-used pacifier often. Meanwhile, the fact that the fairy leaves a gift when she claims the pacifier didn't hurt either. Rai is enjoying his new dump truck very much.

One Small Step for Rai
One small step for Rai, one giant leap for our household. After a few months of reading the 'Paci Fairy' book to Rai, he was finally willing to give up his one vice: the pacifier. Well, it's not like he 
carried it around with him for comfort, but he definitely could not fall asleep without that pacifier.
