Let's dwell a bit more on the "everyone thinks Rai is a girl" issue we seem to have. Another funny
component to this syndrome is that Rai is often decked out completely in blue. It's not that we adhere completely to the 'blue is for boys, pink is for girls' tradition, but Rai does happen to have many blue shirts, hats and jackets. He often wears blue and it is precisely on those occasions that he is mistaken for a girl.
We tried to get the biggest blue hat we could for Rai (could it be any bigger?), yet, at the park we got a few "that's a great hat your little girl is wearing"! Then, there's Rai's fluffy, blue jacket. That doesn't work either. "She's soooo cute!" I guess it's time to pull out the "I'm a boy so don't mess with me" t-shirts.
