Every three years or so, we go to a shopping mall. Yesterday was one of those days. We found
ourselves at Stonestown Galleria, one of the few true malls in San Francisco. To our surprise, there was a giant Christmas tree in the
center of the mall, complete with Nutcracker figures, elves and Santa Claus welcoming children to that coveted spot on his knee. It's Christmas time?! It's a good thing we made it to the mall this year or else we would never have known. Malls are good for something, after all!
