How Our Two Babies Wake Up

Rai, we know that you're awake when we hear shouts and cheers of joy from your room. You haven't got all the words down quite right yet, but we know you're screaming out something like, "Yay! A new day is here! I'm so excited to live life, learn, and explore the world! Get me out of this crib!" Walking into your room, we almost always find you standing in your crib, reaching across to the curtains, opening them and checking out all the action on the street below.
Kotaru, we know you're awake when we hear those teeny little noises and see you wriggling your arms and legs. Actually, at only 4 days of age, you are already able to roll to your side. That is quite the feat for a little one such as yourself. So, it is normal for you to roll yourself to your side, open your eyes and stare at one of us laying beside you. If you keep progressing this quickly, maybe we'll find you standing in your crib like your big brother pretty soon.
