Grandpa's home. It usually goes something like this: we take you out of your carseat. You look around to get yourself oriented. You spot their home. You beginning waving your arms wildly and laughing in anticipation of seeing them.
After all these months of spending days with them, the power of your bond with your grandparents is undeniable. The love flows both ways without limit. It was hard to see the confusion on your face a couple of days ago when we brought you into their home only to find that they weren't there. On Wednesday evening, they flew off to Hong Kong where they'll spend the Lunar New Year with your Uncle Sterling and his family. On Thursday morning, you looked around sad and confused when we got to their place. Where did Grandma and 
Grandpa go? We've never seen you look so disoriented before.Still, you spent two wonderful days with old family friends who took great
care of you. And, at Grandma's and Grandpa's place, there's always something new to see and do. The latest is all flowers that are blooming early in their garden. That plum tree in the backyard -- amazing! Just keep your eyes on those pink blossoms and, before you know it, Grandma and Grandpa will be back.
