Way back when, 20 years ago during our backpacking trip through Europe, we passed through Korcula Old Town when we were island hopping down the coast of Croatia. It was great to return and spend a few days on the island, enjoying the old town, of course, but also exploring much more of this big island by car. As expected, it was all beautiful and the further we went, the farther off the beaten track we felt, particularly in the winter season...
