Scandinavian Road Trip - Days 22-23: Nordfjorden

The next fjord on our route towards the Arctic Circle in Norway was Nordfjorden. On the north side of the Jostedalsbreen glacier, this fjord has some of Norway's most dramatic fjord and mountain scenery with plenty of deep valleys, glacial forks, and bright blue -- nearly glowing -- waters. It was wild and always stunning and a few places, particularly the Lovatnet Lake valley, leaving us with our most memorable natural spots in Norway yet.
