Summer in Australia - Day 5: Port Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula

On this day, we began in Adelaide's port, aptly named Port Adelaide whose importance as a transport hub is celebrated in its Maritime, Railway, and Aviation Museums. We enjoyed the wonderfully preserved heritage buildings in the old town while the boys had a blast at the Railway Museum. From there, we followed the west coast of the Fleurieu Peninsula, passing one beach town after another before crossing the Lofty Ranges, bearing east, the beginning of the long road to Melbourne.
