On Grandpa's birthday, Rai and Ash went to see Grandpa's favorite musical, Les Miserables, at the Esplanade Theaters by the Bay. It was a fitting way to put Grandpa foremost in our minds today, his day! Ko and I didn't join Ash and Rai, but we did find a way to keep ourselves busy for a few hours. Upstairs, on the rooftop of the Esplanade Theater, Pip's Playbox had recently opened. Inside, we were lost in a world of crafts and storytelling for the next two hours. Together again, we visited Tiong Bahru Park and had dinner in the neighborhood. Happy birthday, Grandpa!
