Every time we walk out our door, we are reminded that it is a certain time of year. Orchard Road embraces the commercial side of Christmas like nowhere else and how better to entice willing and unwilling shoppers? Decorate. The entire length of the road is decorated in Christmas lights and decorations. It's quite the spectacle. It's hard to forget that we are in the month of December whenever we set foot down the road. Actually, these lights have been going up, systematically, since early November so we've know that this holiday is on its way for quite some time...
