Rai Day

A few weeks ago, I had the chance to take a day off and spend it with Rai. It was a great father-son day. Rai was given free reign over the scheduling of activities. His list read something like this: 1. Go to the Zoo; 2. Go to the Exploratorium; 3. Eat lunch at a Chinese restaurant (fortune cookies only); 4. Go to the Children's Discovery Museum; 5. Go to the Academy of Sciences; 6. Go get some beans and rice at a taqueria; 7. Finish the day at the playground.  Sounds like a dream day. Unfortunately, we were only able to get items 1 and 3 knocked off that ambitious list. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful day!
