Christmas Eve

Our Christmas Eve tradition continued this year: Santa Claus himself made a visit to Grandma and Grandpa's home to give Rai and Ko a personal "Merry Christmas". This year, Rai looked a little more stunned than usual. I was worried that he's making too many connections already. Afterwards, he asked, "Why did Santa look different than the Santa we saw downtown (just a few hours before)?". He followed that up with the more important, "Why did Santa leave his entire sack behind? What about the gifts for all the other kids?" Finally, a more sad question, "Why did Santa come and go so quickly?" We were sad about that too, but Santa's a busy guy and he probably had lots of other homes to visit on Christmas Eve.
