Having seen Rai go through the same thing, we know that the Ko we know today won't be with us for too 
long. At this age, change is the only constant. It breaks my heart just thinking about it. Ko, his sweet smile, the laugh that melts our hearts, the hugs that bring us a joy we can't describe -- all this will change in the blink of any eye. The 19 month old Ko will soon be just a memory. The good news is that each stage is as wonderful and fulfilling as this one so even though he'll change, we'll love Ko at every age as much as we love the Ko of today. Still, right now, all I can think about is our little boy running away from us, disappearing and a tear comes to my eye.
