Our Day at the Ritz Carlton

On Sunday, we came as close as we'll ever come to staying at the Ritz Carlton. And "close" isn't very close at all! We were about half a mile from the Ritz Carlton at Half Moon Bay, on a windswept public beach below the golf course. We could see the Ritz sitting on top of the bluff in the distance but, on this chilly and windy day, we couldn't be further from the warm fire inside the lobby of the Ritz. Next time we might actually approach the front doors and, if all goes well, we'll even enter the lobby!
