Today is Cinco de Mayo. For many of our students, this is a very important day. To bring the celebration home with us, we decided to do something very Mexican -- we went out for burritos (politically incorrect statement #1). Our last three or four trips to the taqueria have yielded the same results: you, Rai, begging and begging until you had at least half of each of our burritos.
So, today, we got you your own order of rice and beans. You were so
excited that we had to get you started during the car ride home. You had beans all over your face and dripping down all 4 chins.At home, you finished a huge portion on your own and wanted more when the rice and beans had run out. Our little bean eater (politically incorrect statement #2)!
