Your Destiny

Rai, don't forget your destiny.
Little Mr.Sequoia, you are destined to join the environmental movement.
We hope, however, that by the time you read this our obsession with your connection to nature may seem redundant as the environmental movement will no longer be a movement but a way of life. That is the way things are going. Even in the last two or three years, we've seen environmentalism go from fringe topic to mainstream topic.
When you're old enough to appreciate your name and our vision you may not be as unique as we planned. In fact, you'll probably laugh at the fact that 'in your parent's day' there was actually a public dialogue with two opposing sides about an issue that is so obviously one-sided. That would be progress. That's our dream. That's your destiny.
