After many long day trips to distant regions, it was time for some exploration of the local area. Our friends' home is right between Dartington and Totnes, in the heart of Devon. We began with a walk to the beautiful Dartington Hall, then a visit to historic Totnes, a drive down to the coast at Dartmouth, and finally, we finished at Blackpool Sands beach. What a beautiful part of the world!
