Riga has a substantial collection of obscure museums and, the World of Hat Museum, is one of the best. The private collection of some guy who really loves hats is shared in a small space that completely engrosses the visitor with its global tour of hats and the culture from which they are spawned. One of a kind and a fantastic Saturday afternoon in the city!
