Sunday Morning Bike Ride

Now that we have bikes, the whole of the island of Singapore is at our fingertips. All of a sudden, places that were once inaccessible or not connected by direct buses or trains, are now an easy bike ride away. I began my exploration of Singapore's extensive Park Connector trail network at 5 a.m. with a 35 mile ride from our place, along the Singapore River, along Marina Bay, the length of East Coast Park... and back! It was great to begin when the day was young, temperature still low, and the bridges along the River all lit up. Sunrise at Marina Bay was a beautiful sight, as well!
