Painting at Preschool

Every day when I arrive at Rai's preschool to pick him up, I find the kids doing something different. It's amazing how many different activities are offered to these little ones. On the other hand, the variety isn't surprising as it doesn't take much to get their vivid imaginations working. Hanging colorful strips of paper on a wall can be something that excites them and takes an hour or more.
One day last week I arrived to find a group of students painting on the fence in the yard. The Impressionists or Realists may not have much to worry about, but the Modernists certainly do. Look out Pollock, Kandinsky and Marden -- here come the kids from Phoebe Hearst!
