What Goes Up Must Come Down

Bart and I grew up with Legos. We built with those Legos for hours on end. Even at 12 years of age, I had a giant Lego robot on my desk, complete with numerous secret compartments, each containing a little portion of the sizeable fortune I had managed to accrue even before my teens. Then, one day Bart came along, grabbed that robot, and threw it to the ground. That was probably the last time that I had a Lego wallet and definitely the last time I had more than a few pennies to my name. And, the cycle continues. Rai and Ko will grow up with Lego and one day, one of them will destroy something that the other has built. That day may come sooner than we expect...
