Another Uncle?

Rai, you thought you had all this family stuff figured out after getting to know your Aunt Ewa, Uncle Ryan and cousins Connor and Lauren a few weeks agao. So, we decided to mix things up for you a bit, once more.
When you met your Uncle Ryan, you thought, "Okay, so this man is my uncle. When all my other friends tell me about their 'uncles', they're talking about this guy."
Then, a week ago, a visitor arrived: Uncle Bart.
You were confused. "This is not my uncle. Or, if it is my uncle, then how did he get shorter and why did he change his name?" Then, the light bulb came on. "Wait a minute, I've met something like 25 'aunties' already and if I can have that many of them, then why can't it be the same with uncles?"
It was when this came together for you that we knew you were ready for more details. Uncle Bart is your father's fraternal twin brother. What's a twin? What's fraternal? What's a brother? Umm...let's save that for another day.
For now, let me tell you that your father and your Uncle Bart spent every moment together from childhood right through adolescence. One of the toughest parts of moving away to Japan to work, then Korea, and finally traveling around the world for your Dad was moving away from your Uncle Bart. More recently, the hardest part of deciding to settle down in San Francisco was knowing that this decision could very well mean living apart from your Uncle Bart for many years to come.
Your Uncle Bart flew down to San Francisco for a quick 6-day visit. He was here to meet you. It took no more than a few minutes for him to fall in love with you, his newest nephew. We shared a fantastic week in the city together and you showed your uncle all your favorite spots in town. When he left, you had a hard time saying goodbye and wondered if your Dad was feeling the same way. He was.
