This was the day to explore the far east, slightly off the beaten track, side of Slovakia. The loop began at Stara Lubovna to see it's medieval castle ruins. From there, we went to Bardejov with its uniquely picturesque main square and, nearby, the wooden church in Hervartov. In the afternoon, we spent some time in Slovakia's second city, Kosice. Finally, nearing sunset, we found ourselves at the majestic Spis Castle. And, of course, we finished the day at the waterpark in Poprad.
