Jurong Town

Although Singapore is one city, it is still divided into districts which, at one time, were their own villages and towns. Today, it's all connected with not many clues as to where one town ends and another begins. Yet, many of the towns do have their own identity. One of the better known is Jurong, Singapore's western frontier town. Jurong has done a lot to build up its amenities and attractions and one of those its its massive public swim center where for just a dollar or so, we could enjoy some pretty impressive waterslides and a river with a strong man-made current.
