Kotaru is 39 Months Old!

Ko is now well into his fourth year and he continues to grow, develop, and change in substantial ways. He is taller, he is more independent (too much so) and, most important to us, he is speaking much better. He has no problem putting all his thoughts into words even if some of those words are still pronounced in a way that only Rai can decipher. And, even though he is more independent, he still idolizes and mimics his older brother constantly. From Rai, he learns how to express himself, how to play, and how to... bike!
