Gray Whale Cove

Since the opening of the Devil's Slide Tunnel south of Pacifica, a beautiful and long stretch of coastal highway has been reclaimed by nature. The route is undergoing some work as it makes it's switch from highway to trail. Checking on the status of the project, we found some "No Trespassing" signs still up so we decided to try a spot we've not yet tried: Gray Whale Cove. Visiting this beach that we've never been to was a wonderful decision. It's an amazing spot and the kind of beach we usually drive a lot further south for. It's good to know that we have this kind of beach just 15 minutes from home!
