Pumpkin Patch 2012

After four consecutive years of attending, we can confidently say that visiting the Inner Sunset Pumpkin Patch is a Hallowe'en tradition for our family. As with our other annual traditions, looking back over the Pumpkin Patch photos gives us the chance to see just how much Rai and Ko have grown up and changed over these past few years.
