Rai Keeps Ko Laughing

Kotaru has been flashing big smiles for a long while now, but the latest is that he's started to laugh a lot, too. With that, we can say that little Ko-ey is now officially part of the family. Laughter and a sense of humor is a pre-requisite for joining this family. Ko, you're in. You're part of the inner circle now. Welcome.
