Most begin and end their time in Scotland in it's majestic capital, Edinburgh. We were no different and this incredible city captured our hearts and imaginations as it has generations of visitors before us. Everything that we have heard is absolutely true: the people are warm and welcoming and the city breaths history on every corner. We cannot wait to return, one day, to this captivating place.
